Rules for using SpeakEasy.pl and for the provision of electronic services.

General provisions
- These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the website available at speakeasy.pl.
- The owners, administrators and service providers of the Website are Nanine Blignault and Jarosław Malec, who jointly conduct business as a civil-law partnership under the name SPEAKEASY SPÓŁKA CYWILNA BLIGNAULT NANINE MALEC JAROSŁAW, ul. Damrota 163, 43-100 Tychy, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6462911319, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 241905326, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”.

- These Terms are made available to the User free of charge before the User starts using the Services, in a form that allows them to be saved and printed. By starting to use a selected Service after reviewing these Terms, the User accepts the provisions applicable to that Service.

- Website — the website available at speakeasy.pl;
- User — any person who uses the Website;
- Service — a service provided free of charge by electronic means, consisting of making Website content available or enabling the User to submit an enquiry through the contact form.
Technical requirements
- To use the Website, you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
- Certain features may require an active email address, cookie support or JavaScript.
- To submit the contact form, you must correctly complete the fields marked as required, provide the information necessary to receive a response and accept any required consents. The Website does not provide user accounts, a customer portal or online payments.
Rules for using the Website
- The User must use the Website in accordance with the law, generally accepted standards of conduct and these Terms.
- Providing unlawful content or taking any action that disrupts the operation of the Website is prohibited.
- A User who uses the contact form must provide accurate and up-to-date information and must not impersonate another person or submit unlawful or offensive content, malware, or automated messages that disrupt the operation of the Website.
Services provided electronically
Scope of the Services
The Service Provider provides the following Services free of charge:
- providing informational content about SpeakEasy, language courses, examinations and other services;
- enabling Users to submit enquiries through the contact form.
Submitting the form does not constitute entering into a contract for a course, reserving a place or incurring any payment obligation. The terms of any educational service are agreed separately with the User.
The rules governing the processing of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
Entering into and terminating the agreement
An agreement for the provision of the Service consisting of access to content is entered into when the User visits the Website and terminates automatically when the User leaves it. In the case of the contact form, the agreement is entered into when the form is submitted and ends once the message has been successfully delivered to the Service Provider. The User may choose not to submit the form at any time before selecting the submit button.
Cookies and analytics tools
- The Website uses cookies and similar technologies, which are small pieces of information stored on or read from the User’s device.
- Essential cookies may be used without separate consent to the extent necessary for the proper and secure operation of the Website, the transmission of a communication over a network or the provision of a Service explicitly requested by the User.
- After obtaining the User’s prior and voluntary consent, the Website may use analytics cookies associated with Google Analytics. This tool is used to generate statistics on how the Website is used, including the number of visits, the popularity of individual pages, and the type of device and browser used.
- Google may receive information generated through the use of Google Analytics and process it in accordance with Google’s policies. Information on how Google uses data from websites that use its services is available on the page How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
- Consent to analytics cookies is voluntary. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not restrict access to the Website’s essential content. The User may change or withdraw consent at any time using the cookie settings available on the Website, with effect for the future.

Complaints
- Complaints concerning the provision of the Services or the operation of the Website may be submitted by email to hello@speakeasy.pl or in writing to the Service Provider’s postal address.
- A complaint should include contact details, a description of the issue and the requested resolution.
- The Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 calendar days of receiving it and send a response to the email or postal address provided by the person submitting the complaint. If additional information is required to review the complaint, the Service Provider may ask for it to be provided.
Copyright
The content, graphic design, photographs, trademarks, logos and educational materials made available on the Website may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and may belong to the Service Provider or to entities that have granted the Service Provider the relevant rights. The User may use them for personal purposes within the limits permitted by law. Copying, modifying, distributing or using the materials for commercial purposes requires the prior consent of the relevant rights holder, unless otherwise permitted by law.
Liability
- The Service Provider takes measures to ensure the proper and secure operation of the Website but may introduce temporary technical interruptions where necessary for maintenance, updates or fault resolution.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including failures of telecommunications networks, the actions of third-party providers or force majeure events.
- The User is responsible for using the Website in accordance with the law and these Terms, and for the security of the device and internet connection used.
- The information published on the Website is provided for informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Service Provider’s liability or consumer rights to the extent that such exclusion or limitation would be contrary to mandatory provisions of law.
Final provisions
- These Terms are available free of charge in a form that allows them to be saved and printed.
- The Service Provider may amend these Terms in the event of changes to applicable law, the scope or manner of providing the Services, technical conditions or contact details, or where necessary to improve Website security. The amended version will be published on the Website together with its effective date. Any amendments will not affect rights acquired before they take effect.
- These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. The parties will seek to resolve any dispute amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be determined by the competent court of general jurisdiction. For consumers, the competent court will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
- These Terms are effective from 18 August 2026.
